We may collect information you provide directly to KJ Services, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, business details, application responses, and messages you send to us.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser information, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of interactions with our website.

We use information to operate and improve KJ Services, review carrier and dispatcher access requests, provide dispatch and operations support, communicate about accounts and services, respond to questions, maintain records, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use SMS/MMS consent as permission to send unrelated marketing messages.

KJ Services sends dispatcher-requested freight messages from verified KJ Services mailboxes through Resend. The browser extension never requests access to a dispatcher's personal email account, inbox, contacts, or mailbox history.

A dispatcher must take an explicit action for each extension email. KJ Services applies server-side cooldowns, duplicate protection, and hourly and daily limits, and records sent messages in the KJ Dispatch mailbox.

The KJ Services browser extension processes freight listing details visible to the dispatcher, such as origin, destination, pickup, delivery, equipment, rate, reference number, broker contact information, and posted email address. It uses this information to prepare a preview, copy selected fields, calculate trip estimates, and compose the dispatcher's selected email template.

The extension sends structured listing data to KJ Services only when needed to synchronize settings, calculate a route, or process an explicit email action. It does not scan unrelated websites, read personal mailbox content, or send email without a user action.

If you provide your mobile number and separately opt in, KJ Services may send service-related SMS or MMS messages, such as access-request updates, account notifications, dispatch coordination, load or delivery updates, and support communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with KJ Services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Text STOP to stop receiving messages. Text HELP for help, or contact us at contact@kjservices.us. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your request.

We collect SMS consent through a clear, voluntary action such as an unchecked checkbox on a KJ Services form, a written request, or a verbal request that is confirmed before messaging begins. The consent notice identifies KJ Services, the purpose of the messages, expected frequency, message and data rates, and STOP and HELP instructions.

We keep records of consent and opt-out requests, including the phone number, date and time, consent source, and relevant communication history, for compliance and operational purposes.

KJ Services does not share or sell consumer personal information (including phone numbers) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation.

KJ Services also does not share SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own promotional purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, operate, communicate through, or support the KJ Services platform. These providers may use information only to perform services for us and must protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Resend credentials are restricted to server-side systems, KJ mailboxes are access-controlled, and extension connection keys are stored in a non-reversible hashed form.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Extension send records are limited to operational metadata such as the recipient, load reference, status, and timestamp; the corresponding sent message is retained in the KJ mailbox. SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained for audit and compliance purposes.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Authorized dispatchers may stop using the extension, revoke its pairing key, or ask KJ Services to update their mail access. The extension does not retain a dispatcher's personal email authorization.

SMS opt-out requests can be made by replying STOP. You may also contact us using the information below with questions about your data or communications preferences.

Our website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. KJ Services is not responsible for the privacy practices of sites or services it does not control.
